We take pride in offering high-quality skincare products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully read our policy below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any skincare products once they have been opened or used.
- Unused Products: We cannot accept returns for unused skincare products for hygienic reasons. Once an item is in your possession, it cannot be resold or reused.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@theholisticcoven.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund for the affected item(s) upon confirmation of the issue.
2. Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for general returns, as we are unable to accept products back for resale.
- In cases of damage, incorrect items, or other issues that are our fault, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
- Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. If this is the case, please contact us and we will assist you in arranging a replacement.
