- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods
- We offer UPS Ground shipping for all orders.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Orders shipped via UPS Ground typically arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the carrier and unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the shipping address.
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website or by using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
5. International Shipping
- At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States of America. We do not currently ship internationally.

- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, UPS delays, or high demand during peak seasons.

- If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
